Long time, no see!

Happy Valentine's Day

Hey everyone, how have you been?  I though I would pop in and show you a few projects I've made and tell you what I've been up to while the blog has been quiet!

I'm still stamping, but I have spending more of my time working on getting healthy and happy through exercise and better nutrition!  How about some before and after pics?

One BEFORE (cringe!) and  three AFTER (yay!):

I've lost 42 pounds so far and have about 7 to go before I create a new goal!  I feel the best I ever have in my life and have so much more energy!  It feels great to be healthy again for myself and for my family!
