Happily Married Stationery Set

My cousin recently got married, and she appreciates handmade, so her and her new husband are BOTH getting handmade!  She is getting a stationery set, which starts out neatly boxed with a slip-off Chocolate Chip ribbon:

But when you open this box ala Jackie Topa, she'll find this:

And it's full of 8 greeting cards and envelopes, 8 gift tags, and 8 gift cards.  A matching pen, attached notebook/address book, and postage stamp pocket are inside, too.

I hope she likes this set, made from the retiring Pink Flamingo Designer Series Paper and Cameo Coral Card Stock!

Her new husband is getting a Husband's 6-Pack Survival Kit.  Hope he doesn't need the sorry card!

Mark the Date You Will Be Missed

I have a few stamp sets that are on the Stampin' Up! Last Chance List, some of which are well-loved, like A Holly, Jolly Christmas #111558 and Best Wishes & More #111602 and Wild West Alphabet #115112.  But my most-missed stamp set will be Mark the Date #115034!

I use Mark the Date in my 12-Month Scrapbook Kit for Sale, of which I only have 2 kits left!  These kits have been very popular, making it easy to keep up with an annual scrapbook.  I'll have to retire my kit after this month and redesign it since the stamp set won't be available after June, so if you want one of the 2 kits left, better hurry and head on over to my Kits 4 Sale page and BUY ONE NOW!

Extreme Elements Card Set & Blog Candy Winner

February Card Kits

I have just a few February card kits remaining, and wanted to show you how you can alter them as you wish since they were St. Patrick's Day designs.  Here, I omitted the Pumpkin Pie buttons and stamped everyday phrases on them with the Define Your Life stamp set instead of the Going Green stamp.

Card Kits for Sale

I stamped the Whisper White background piece with the Circle Circus stamp set instead of sponging shamrocks like the card kit shows.  I used Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive, Taken with Teal, and Certainly Celery Classic Inks.

Whooo's Turning One Party Favors

Did you know that you can commission me to make finished projects for you?  That's exactly what Kimberly in Florida did...she asked me if I could make some Punch Art Owl cello treat bags for her daughter's first birthday party!  I worked up a few samples based on the colors she wanted and estimated my time and materials to complete the treat bags, and off we went!

Kimberly decided on Very Vanilla eyes over Summer Sun, and I think they are SO cute!  I wonder what she'll fill the bags with?

What a Great Mom You Are!

I'm having a blast being challenged each Monday by the Mojo Monday Challenge sketch!  Today I reached for one of the colors that will be retiring in the upcoming Color Renovation that Stampin' Up! announced last week, Summer Sun.

I also recorded a video again of me tinkering to complete this card...I'll try to have it edited and loaded for tomorrow's post, but today is ONE BUSY DAY:  besides all the usual Monday stuff (probably my busiest day of the week anyway!), I want to finish an Owl Treat Bag order Kimberly in Florida so she can have them in plenty of time for her daughter's first birthday (did you know that you can hire me to make finished product for you?), and I've got rehearsal after lunch for my webinar presentation on My Digital Studio greeting cards that will be live for demonstrators only this Thursday with Stampin' Up!  I'm really excited for this opportunity!  If you're a demonstrator I hope you'll register and be able to attend, as I've got a few tricks to show you!
