Artisan Award Entry & Benefit #3

This week I'm showing you some of my Artisan Award entries (the rest will follow later). I was so excited to see my name on the stage at the Awards Night for my first Stampin' Up! convention! I'm also briefly discussing the five reasons why the Stampin' Up! business opportunity is a gift, and the third is very important:

Friendships. My Stampin' Up! friendships are near and dear to me. Demonstrators welcome you wholeheartedly whether you are new to your community, just getting into crafting, looking to start a new business, have been transplanted, or just need some girlfriends (and yes, there are men who are demonstrators, too!) to hang out with. What better way to foster friendships than with a cup of tea? This 3D teapot entry I submitted is built around the 3D Ball Pop-Up Big Shot Die!

I stamped the die-cut pieces with the 2-Step stamp set Flower Fancy before assembling the teapot base. Then I fiddled and cut and fiddled some more before I was happy with the shape of the spout, curve of the ribbon-covered paper strip handle, and gold leaf pen-edged Scallop Circle lid.

Tea anyone?
