See the monkey on the top shelf? He now has a girl friend! Is she cute or what!!!?!
How about those luscious lips?! I scored a Melon Mambo Card Stock Curly Label punched piece down the center and 1/4" inch on each side of that, then ran SNAIL down that middle before folding in half. My test piece shows a side view. I then just adhered the piece flat on her 1-3/4" Circle punched face.
Here's how I made her cute pierced ears: Punch 1" Circles from Creamy Caramel Card Stock, pierce a hole in the center, then with your Paper Snips cut from one edge to that hole. With a little SNAIL, overlap those cut edges a bit to make a cupped ear. I attached a Rhinestone Brad to each ear and affixed the ears with Stampin' Dimensionals. A Crushed Curry 1/2" Polka Dot ribbon bow decorates her delicate frame.
Her sweet little arms are made from retired Rope Twine from the 2008 Holiday Mini Catalog (sorry, I couldn't resist and I have been hoarding it too long!), knotted at the ends and frayed for her hands, then affixed to the back of the Top Note body with Sticky Strip. Her eyelashes batting about her Bermuda Bay irises are just Basic Black Card Stock that I've fringed with my Paper Snips.
What a fun challenge! Thanks Kris & Mary!
