In between making Christmas cards and attending Rapid City Rush CHL hockey games, I found some time to play with my new Stampin' Up! pre-order stuff! This card is made with the new Welcome Neighbor Designer Series Paper Pad, available to customers during Sale-a-Bration starting on January 5th as a free item when you order $50 from me.
I've also used the new clear-mount stamp sets called Love Bandit and Tiny Tags on this card. Our new clear-mount stamps are the same high-quality red rubber, but they are less expensive than our wood-mount stamps (still an option if you prefer those), and you'll use the new Clear-Mount Blocks to stamp with them. The stamps have cling stickers on the back so that you can see exactly where you are stamping as you look through the clear block. Peel off the stamp then put it back in the clear DVD case (great for more compact stamp storage). So easy! I for one am going to get all of my new stamps as clear-mounts!
The other new things I've used on this card are both in the upcoming Mini Occasions Catalog, also available for ordering from on January 5th: 5/8" Satin Ribbon in 9 colors (I used Pretty in Pink) and the Pinking Hearts Border and Medium Jewelry Tag punches. AND our new punches have a new design: they lock and store flat, a real space-saver!
