Stampin' Up! Winter Olympics

I'm looking forward to another week of Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics, how 'bout you?

I tried a little something different than my usual with this card and started with Glossy White Card Stock, stamped Baroque Motifs in clear VersaMark ink and heat embossed that in Clear Stampin' Emboss Powder with my Heat Tool.
Then I sponged Classic Inks in circular motions: Bashful Blue, Brilliant Blue, and Night of Navy in that order, leaving the center mostly untouched.
The final touch was to use Heat and Stick Powder to adhere Dazzling Diamonds Stampin' Glitter on Bashful Blue Card Stock with a stamp from the Circle Circus stamp set, using my Stamp-a-Ma-Jig for perfect interlocking Olympic rings placement. A few cuts with my Paper Snips, some SNAIL adhesive to mount that piece to a Night of Navy Card Stock layer and then to the Whisper White card base, and the card was done!
