The calendar on each page is perpetual so all you have to do is put the birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays in one time next to the day of the month, and it's good for years! This way you can make cards ahead and keep them saved for the occasions you know you'll need a card for. It's easy to see if you need to make a card for any particular month.
