Cheers to You

I am so glad that the US Stampin' Up! catalog had the Cheers to You stamp set that the UK had already gotten (or was it New Zealand?)...anyway, it's a cool set! My husband's uncle's birthday was this last Sunday, so I made this for him!

I used some new In Colors for the paper, ink, and ribbon, Sprinkles background stamp, a few punches, the Top Note Bigz die, and some Crystal Effects and Dazzling Diamonds on the center image. I also tried my Color Spritzer Tool that I've had forever with a marker...need more practice on that one!
