On the Fourth Day of Christmas

On the fourth day of Christmas my true friend gave to me

Four Place Settings

Three Christmas Ornaments

Two Countdown Calendars

and a Handmade Holiday Planner.

These Place Settings were inspired by Shelli Gardner, the CEO of Stampin' Up!, and her appearance on her local TV station, KSL 5. The video and her instructions for her place settings are here.

Here are my 4 holiday Place Settings:

Each one has table confetti cut with the Big Shot Die-Cut Machine using the Join in the Cheer Decorative Strip Die and Snowflakes Set #2 plus handheld Scallop Circle Punch pieces.

I used each of the 4 designs from the double-sided Ski Slope Designer Series Paper for the place settings.

The napkin holders and place cards are made from the Top Note Bigz Die and the Curly Label Punch Bundle. The table favors are made from the Pillow Box die from acetate (I use write-on overhead transparency sheets from the office supply store since it is nice and sturdy), the Curly Label Punch Bunch tag that has been stamped in Chocolate Chip Craft Ink and heat embossed with Clear EP then colored in with Real Red Classic Ink and a Blender Pen, 1-1/4" Riding Hood Red/Very Vanilla Grosgrain Ribbon, and Silver Elastic Cord.

The drink doily is made with the large circle from the Scallop Circle #2 die and stamped in VersaMark Ink using the snowflake stamp from the Best Wishes & More stamp set.

Each napkin holder was decorated with a matching Build-a-Brad made from the Ski Slope DSP. I used my Horizontal Slot Punch on the pieces to be able to thread the Chocolate Chip Taffeta Ribbon around it. All of the Curly Label Punch Bunch tags (except for the pillow box table favors) are stamped in Silver Encore ink and heat embossed with Silver Stampin' Emboss Powder.

The napkin ring Top Note Bigz Die pieces were scored and folded 1-1/4" from each point to make it wrap around the napkin, and the place cards were simply scored and folded in half before attaching the Alpine Originals Striped Ribbon with 3 Silver Brads and then topping off with a Curly Label Punch Bundle tag that is backed by a coordinated Ski Slope DSP Scallop Circle Punch.

These were actually pretty quick to make and look very elegant, thanks to all the great coordinating Stampin' Up! products that I used:
